With over a decade in the dental industry — including 10 years working with Henry Schein and Align Technology — I’ve had the unique opportunity to step inside 20+ dental practices every single week. That experience has given me a front-row seat to what makes a practice thrive… and what holds it back.

Over time, I developed a deep passion for helping dentists build not just productive practices, but ones they truly love running. I started Williams Dental Consulting so I could be fully devoted to that mission — helping practices overcome challenges, improve case acceptance, optimize workflows, and ultimately reach their full potential.

What makes WDC different is that I’ve seen it all — the good, the messy, the high-performing, and the struggling — and I bring a real-world, boots-on-the-ground perspective to every practice I work with.

When I’m not working with doctors and their teams, you can find me in Wicker Park with my wife Molly and our loyal black lab mix, Mitch. I’m a big fan of fitness, fishing, reading, Chicago food spots, and (sometimes painfully) cheering on my Chicago Bears.
